Formal complaints about editorial conduct, commercial disclosures or any factual inaccuracy on the site should be addressed to the editor-in-chief at the same address. We respond in writing within five UK working days. Verified corrections are made within one UK working day and marked at the foot of the affected article with a dated correction note.
